PARKROYAL At Kitchener Road: The Endless Crabs Party Buffet Is Back, With Brand New Crab Flavours!

Last year at PARKROYAL at Kitchener Road, we saw a twist in the menu when the chef introduced a myriad of lobster dishes into the crab buffet feast and boy, did we enjoy the lobster noodle soup and the various seafood congee.

This year, we celebrate the yearly crab affair with EIGHT brand new crab dishes created by Executive Chef Low Hoe Kiat. The nation's freshest crustacean buffet now has up to 12 tantalising seafood delights and the feast will be held until 30 July 2017.

For more details on the latest crab creations to be seen at PARKROYAL at Kitchener Road, keep on reading!

A highlight of this season will be the Wok Fried Crab in Wu Jia Pi Wine. This dish is a family recipe passed down to Chef Low, and the wonder of this creation is in the marriage of the Chinese wine when flambéd – before serving up to the buffet line, the ignition of a dancing flame over the wok-fried crab leaves an unforgettable liquor aroma on the taste buds! A definite must-try for all!
